The entire production process is supervised digitally using our dedicated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). A series of digital workstations are located throughout the facility, taking instructions and input from planners, engineers and floor personnel. This highly sophisticated system coordinates all the manufacturing resources and process of all the component parts. This means we know the status of every project in real time and can view them individually or as a part of the whole of our workflow. ERP allows us to take full advantage of our production resources to match our client priorities - no guesswork. This system allows us to react to urgent or emergency projects efficiently.

With Medicraft, you can expect a seven to eight week production lead time from engineer or prototype approval.
